Air Panas Jasin is a hot spring formed by the geothermal process of the earth. Geologically, the area is underlain by Triassic-age granite intrusion with alluvium transported by the river. Biotite granite is found along Sungai Ulu Duyung, which borders the Air Panas Jasin geosite.
